L & O Treats
- 2 cups spent grain
1 cup flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350F.
Roll out dough (to approximately 1/4″ thickness) and use cookie cutter or form random shapes, bake for 30 minutes. (really ROLL OUT dough….the ball approach used in the photo resulted in cookies that never seemed to dry out!)
Reduce heat to 225F and bake for 3 more hours (to assure that the treats are dry).
Store in containers, does not need to be refrigerated.
